Returns & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery. To help us review your request, please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

Resolution

Once we have reviewed and verified the issue, we will work with you to coordinate an appropriate replacement.

All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Please note that minor color variations caused by differences in screen or device displays are not considered defects and are not eligible for a return or replacement.
